Partner availability
Partners get priority bookings over non-partners throughout the year. The availability does not count for opening convoys / closing / charity events or anniversary events.
Holiday breaks
We will not be taking any bookings on holiday breaks:
- Summer Break: 26th July 2026 – 9th August 2026
- Winter Break: 20th December 2026 – 3rd January 2027
