Whether you’re running a monthly public convoy, a VTC showcase event, an anniversary celebration, or a large Truckfest, our event staff help deliver a smooth event flow, from the initial request, through planning, to the day of the event and the follow-up afterwards.
We keep your booking organised through a Discord ticket so your event details, timings, requirements, and special requests are all in one place. This helps us deliver consistency for one-off events and recurring monthly schedules.
Our event staff focus on delivering a structured convoy experience. We support safe merges, controlled junction releases, organised spacing, and consistent event flow, especially during high attendance moments where things can become chaotic.
We support anniversaries and celebrations with personalised CC trucks, and we can manage Truckfests with announcements, instructions, and prize collection guidance, helping your event feel unique and properly managed.
If Real Ops will be active during your event, we take that into account during planning and on the day. We also support external media teams by coordinating timings for safe photo/video moments without disrupting the convoy experience.
