- Let us know if Real-Ops will be active during the event, and who is running it
- Tell us if you have an external media team attending
We confirm expectations, risks, and final details so the event runs smoothly.
- We communicate with you about any special requests
- We identify any risk areas or areas that require special attention
- We obtain any remaining information needed for the event
- You send us your slots ideally 72 hours before meetup time
On the day, we handle the control so you can focus on enjoying the convoy.
- We manage your event on the day
- We monitor your ticket during the event for any client requests
- You enjoy the event and drive a smooth, relaxing convoy
Afterwards, we review what went well and how we can improve next time.
- You let us know any feedback for us in the ticket
